I have an idea for a design, do you create custom holsters?
We do indeed create custom designs based on your idea. To find out more information, see our custom holster design service.
I don't see my gun make/model on your website?
If you don't see your gun make or model listed on our website simply contact us, chances are that we still might be able to make your holster. We have many gun molds available, and add more all of the time. We simply do not have the time to keep up with the website daily.
What's the best way to receive information about new product releases?
We're so happy you want to keep up-to-date with our newest product releases. You can be kept informed in multiple different ways. Signup to our newsletter (in the footer of our website), or follow one of our social channels, such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is available to all states via USPS. All orders are shipped priority to get your product to you as fast as possible. We aim to despatch all orders (exluding custom designs) within 1-2 business days, unless specified otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon. If you have any payment issues or additional questions, please contact us.
Do you have a return policy?

Simply call or email Zero28customs LLC customer service for a return, and refund the item in sellable condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
