A straight paddle holster mounts with just the paddle backing. A pancake holster uses two belt slots that pull the grip tight to your body for a lower profile. Our "paddlecake" models combine both — a paddle backing built in a pancake shape — for on/off convenience with a pancake-style, close-to-body fit.
