Shipping policy

Our shop is located in central Connecticut.

We are super proud that we do not have the long lead times of most of our competitors. With that said these items are still built to order by hand and some machining processes. Most items go out in a few days but in some cases could take up to a week or two to ship.

We ship Monday to Saturday with many orders shipping within a few days, depending on day or time ordered. All shipments are based on business day transit times and are only an estimate of transit times to large cities, rural and outlying areas may incur an extra day or two for delivery

Small orders of one to three items may ship using USPS first class or priority mail depending on the size.

All delivery times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. The first counted day of transit is the first business day after your order ships
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect addresses, or Acts of God.
